Dossier
Invite only

It tells you when not to bother.

Most tools will write you a CV claiming whatever the posting asked for. Dossier asks whether you can actually do it, and says so when you cannot.

The thing nobody tells you

A requirement named in a posting and missing from your CV usually ends the application before a human reads it. Not because you could not do the job — because software filtered you out on one word.

That is why Dossier checks the gate first, before you spend an afternoon on a cover letter.

Every requirement lands in one of four places
On your CVThe posting asks for it and your CV already says so. Nothing to do.
You can, not listedTrue, usable, and currently invisible to a screener. This is what tailoring surfaces — and the reason the interview asks about work that never made the CV.
Not confirmedDossier asks you before it writes anything. It will not claim this on your behalf, and it will not quietly write around it either.
Hard gateA licence, a language level, or an authorisation you do not hold. It says skip, and means it.
The interview

Twenty minutes, once

Dossier asks about the work you have actually done — and keeps two lists, not one: what is on your CV, and what you can genuinely do that your CV has never mentioned.

That second list is the whole point. When a posting asks for something on it, Dossier can put it in. When a posting asks for something on neither list, it asks you rather than inventing an answer.

Everything it records is editable, and you can read the exact text it keeps about you, verbatim, whenever you like.

What it will not do

Stated plainly, because in this category the refusals are the product.

  1. Claim something you did not confirm

Not in a CV, not in a letter, not by implication.

  2. Submit an application for you

It prepares them. The last click is always yours.

  3. Invent a number

If a metric would strengthen a sentence and you did not give it one, the sentence goes without.

  • There is no password reset

Recovery means a fresh invite. A deliberate one-way door.
